About
Serious machinery, pointed at ordinary problems.
LooseEnds AI exists because the businesses with the most to gain from AI agents, small and mid-sized operators, are the ones the big consultancies ignore.
The builder story
Our founder spent his career building real-time decisioning systems: demand-side advertising platforms built from scratch, agentic advertising products, and software that makes millions of decisions a day under hard latency limits. That work shipped across 66 countries and produced patents in real-time assembly.
He also led international product at a major consumer platform and co-owns an operating business in Chicago. Both sides of the table are familiar territory: the engineering, and the P&L the engineering answers to.
Why loose ends
Talk to any owner of a 30-, 80-, or 300-person company and the same list comes up: quotes that go out late, invoices nobody chases, schedules held together with phone calls, follow-ups that depend on someone remembering. None of it needs a moonshot. All of it is exactly what modern AI agents are good at: bounded work, done reliably, at machine speed.
That's the whole thesis: take systems discipline from the hardest real-time problems in software and aim it at the operational loose ends that quietly cost growing businesses six figures a year.
How we work
- Priced in the open. Every offer and its price is on this website.
- Fixed scope, defined metrics. You know the number an agent has to hit before we build it.
- We build and run it. No decks handed off to your nonexistent AI team.
- Your data stays yours. Nothing trains public models, ever.
